Our Team
Joseph Grekoski
Joseph Grekoski is the founding principal of Acclimation Group. Mr. Grekoski brings extensive experience in NIL and broader intellectual property valuation. A key focus of his work has been pioneering methodologies and valuation models designed to guarantee equitable compensation for athletes in NIL agreements.
Mr. Grekoski also specializes in economic damages calculations for litigation involving defamation, breach of contract, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, and trade dress infringement. He is adept at leveraging advanced social media analytics to quantify lost profits, disgorgement, and reputational harm, with experience calculating reputational harm for high-profile individuals.
Mr. Grekoski founded Acclimation Group after a successful career in finance and IP valuation. His experience includes holding the position of Director at an IP valuation firm, working on Bank of America’s top-ranked equity research team (power and utilities), and advising financially distressed businesses in investment banking.
Mr. Grekoski graduated Magna Cum Laude from Binghamton University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), a designation conferred by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). Mr. Grekoski holds the designation of Certified Licensing Professional (CLP), which recognizes individuals who have proven expertise, skill, and knowledge in the licensing and commercialization of intellectual property.
Outside of his professional work, Mr. Grekoski pursues interests in competitive bodybuilding (as a registered NPC athlete), boxing, and skiing in Montana.
Prab Multani
Mr. Multani leads the business valuation practice at Acclimation Group, bringing extensive experience in collaborating with government agencies and conducting financial analyses related to application approvals. Before embarking on his career in economics, he served in an advisory role to consolidate debt for over-leveraged constituents. Mr. Multani earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Binghamton University. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, snowboarding, and visiting Lake Powell.
